GUIDLINES & requirements

• The flight departs from Boston on July 21 in the afternoon. Participants from other locations must arrange their air tickets.

• A recommendation letter from the applicant’s pastor, campus minister, or an Assumptionist is required. Please send the letter to Assumption.vocmin@gmail.com

• Registration must be completed before March 16, 2025.

• The trip fee is non-refundable.

• If a ticket is purchased in your name and you decide not to participate, your airfare will not be refunded

• If you are not an Amercian Citizen, an Italian visa may be required

• Prepare for warm temperatures during the journey in July.
